Distribution depends on your submission option:
- Save and Send: Your press release is simultaneously emailed to selected publications and posted to the Newsroom section on the homepage, with distribution typically starting within minutes.
- Save and Schedule: You can choose a specific date for distribution, and the press release will be emailed to publications and posted to the Newsroom on that date. An embargo option is available to restrict publication until the chosen date.

Editing options depend on your submission method:
- Save and Send: After submission, the press release is emailed to publications and posted to the Newsroom section on the homepage. You have a 72-hour window to edit the email sent to publications by accessing the dashboard and resubmitting changes. Edits to the Newsroom post can be made at any time via the dashboard.
- Save and Schedule: You can edit the press release in the dashboard until the chosen distribution date. Once the scheduled date arrives, the press release is emailed to publications and posted to the Newsroom, after which the same 72-hour editing window for emails and unlimited editing for the Newsroom apply.
